Pittsburgh's Citizen Police Review Board seeks to continue Hugh McGough's service as Board Solicitor. Mr. McGough's legal work involving police practices and reform dates back to the 1990's, when he represented the City of Pittsburgh in implementing police reforms required by a Consent Decree with the U.S. Department of Justice.
